F-16 crashes in Wisconsin

MINNEAPOLIS (Reuters) - A single-seat F-16 fighter jet from the Wisconsin National Guard crashed on Tuesday while on a routine training mission in central Wisconsin, but the pilot ejected safely, the National Guard said in a statement.
The pilot from the Madison, Wisconsin-based 115th Fighter Wing of the Wisconsin Air National Guard was recovered in Adams County, Wisconsin, and was being evaluated, the National Guard said.
